- Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it's on its way.
- What is your return policy?
- We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery on unworn items in their original packaging. Personalized and engraved pieces are final sale.
- How do I start a return?
- Email us with your order number and we'll send a prepaid label for domestic returns. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item.
- Do you ship internationally?
- Yes — to most countries. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included at checkout.
- What if my item arrives damaged?
- We're so sorry! Contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace it right away at no cost.
